1. How to remove the watermark from the map?
   
   Watermark only shows on maps that created with trial account, you can remove it by subscribing a plan.
2. How can I register your product?
   
   Please visit our pricing page. The account detail (login email and password) will be sent to you instantly. Please login from here.
3. How can I select a plan for only one month?
   
   To purchase a one month plan, Please click the "Buy Now" button, you will then see a "Payment Confirmation" page with a list of available plans. The "1 month (paid monthly)" option is listed as the 3rd option at the bottom. The original plan cost will apply with 1 month plan. You will get better discount if you order the 1 year, or 3 months plan.
4. I have subscribed your 3 months basic plan. I wonder what will happen when it expires?
   
   When your plan expires, the watermark will appear automatically. Also you will be limited to edit the points of your saved projects. But your maps will NOT be removed.
5. I see that the price for one month is $19, will it give us an option to renew at the end of a month and do we have to lock into some sort of contracted time period?
   
   If you sign up the one month plan first, you can renew or upgrade the plan when it is expired. Basically, at the top right corner of the interface shows what plan you are using and account expiry date, so you can check if your plan is going to expire.
6. Can you clarify the number of "views" in your price list? Is it calculate based on "clicks" per month?
   
   The views is based on the number of times the map is loaded. For example, if you place it on your homepage, and you have 100 visitors per day, then you will have around 100 views per day. Which means 100 x 31 = 3,100 views per month. And 20,000 should be sufficient for most websites.
7. After I have purchased a twin user license, how can I login with the second account?
   
   The second license user can get his license by first signing up a free account with his email, and then inform us the email address. We will upgrade that account accordingly.
8. I am trying your trial, I want to place 10 markers but it seems limit to 8 , is that because it's a free version? Any other limitation as well?
   
   Yes, the free version limits map markers to 8. Also, there are some watermarks.
9. Do I need a web hosting to upload created maps?
   
   We host all data. You can simply click Publish button to get the URL/ embed code to link or embed the map to your website.
